Accidental Fiancee Review!!!

Accidental Fiancee by Mary Moore

Book Description:
Necessary Nuptials
Lady Grace Endicott never would have dreamed she'd be ruined by a rake. But after an innocent encounter with notorious scoundrel Lord Weston is misconstrued, her beloved sister's introduction to society—and her own reputation—are put at risk. The only way to avoid a scandal is a betrothal.

Brandon Roth—Lord Weston—doesn't quite know what to think of his independent fiancée…or their growing friendship. Yet their engagement ruse is quickly becoming more than a temporary fix. If he can convince Grace that his wicked ways are now far behind him, he'll be able to prove that he wants nothing more than to care for the lovely lady…

My Opinion:
Nice read!  As soon as I read the book description I couldn't wait to read Accidental Fiancee!!!  I hadn't gotten the opportunity to read any of Mary Moore's books before this, and I was excited to finally do so.  Immediately she drew me in to a story filled with characters I loved quickly!  The humor, the intelligence, and the overall situation makes for a highly entertaining read!  The pace is set nicely with only a few short lulls and the suspenseful scenes blended in pick it right back up!  Mary's style of writing is wonderful, and the twists she adds to the story keep your attention!  There were a couple of times when Grace made some frustrating decisions, but that just added to the story.  She fastly became a favorite character with her good heart, bravery, strength, and humor!  There were times I couldn't put the book down because I, like Brandon, didn't know what she was going to do next! :D  All of these characters were wonderful, including Brandon's sisters and Grace's aunt; so much so that I wouldn't have minded more scenes with all of them.  Or even more books going back and telling their stories {especially Maggie's ;) }! There were a few things that I wish had been a little different.  One mainly being a Salvation scene with Brandon.  I do like the part where it explains that he now believes in God and His love and grace; I just really wanted a scene where it happened and he proclaimed Jesus as his Savior!  Overall this is a lovely tale with love, Faith, misunderstandings, secrets, dangers, bravery, humor, and more!  The more I read from Mary the more I like her, be it the actually book or her letter to the reader!

Songs: "Amazing Grace" by Susan Boyle, and because Amazing Grace has a big part in this book I couldn't resist adding a second version (one of my favorites!!!) "Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone)" by Chris Tomlin
Songs etc. May be changed and/or added in the future. ~ASC

Ephesians 2:8, Psalm 37:4, Hebrews 11:6~ASC

*I requested and received a review copy from Mary.  This is no way affected my opinion of Accidental Fiancee and the above are my true thoughts and feelings. ~ASC
