Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 1 Corinthians 3:16 KJV

Shampoo is aptly named since it's a Sham and full of Poo.
So many of the ingredients used are Neurotoxins, Non-reproductive organ system toxins, Endocrine disruptors, etc.
(Commercial shampoo's and conditioner's ingredients may be a leading cause to Infertility).
Anyways after being poisoned by a common commercial shampoo and conditioner a few years ago I started a journey with my hair. Through lots of prayer, a few tears, and more prayer I have come to a point where my hair is so much better NOW than when I was using commercial products. I knew in my heart that God must have created a way for us to wash and care for out hair and it would be silky, soft, shiny, and natural.

This is one of my all time favorite hair wash recipes.
Pineapple Upside Down Cake Hair Wash:
1 Cup Pineapple Juice: preferable organic fresh no concentrates. My favorite brand is Lakewood
1/3 cup Rice Vinegar (you can use Apple Cider here as well, but I prefer the smell of Rice Vinegar)
Add some Maple Extract for Pineapple Upside Down Cake scenting
For other scents add other extracts. I don't personally like or use essential oils since I don't trust them around my pets, but that's my preference.

I mix ingredients in a Condiment Squeeze Bottle and after soaking my hair I squeeze the mix over my head making sure to massage every area of my scalp. Then rinse and condition your length and ends with honey or if you want REALLY great silky slip condition your length and ends with mashed bananas (tip: mashed banana baby food is a GREAT conditioner. It has natural silicones so your hair will be silky and untangled. If like me you don't really like the mashed banana scent add some cinnamon and it smells more like Banana Bread Conditioner!)

This Wash makes my hair and scalp so clean and it gives the most silky soft feel to my hair.

Capturing Hope Review!

Capturing Hope (Heroines of WWII)Capturing Hope by Angela K. Couch
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

WOW WOW WOW WOW!
WHAT A READ!
SO FAST PACED!
Ok enough caps, this story is so deep and beautiful.
Though here I must say the book description is not well done and doesn't do the story justice in my opinion. It's not until you read the book that the book description makes sense. So if I have one negative comment it would be about the book description.
I just finished and I'm almost speechless with how much I love this book! Especially the lead Nadia! David is loveable and so flawed as a struggling alcoholic. The kids are some of my favorites and I just love how Angela wraps up everything in the end. So many layers, so many twists, there was one moment where I had no clue what could possibly come next yet I was a little less than half way through. Such a fantastic read, such an amazing journey. I've said it again and again I love this series concept. I also love this book and love Angela's writing. There are so many scenes that left an imprint on my heart and I would love to read this one again. Though after a rest since it just keeps going and going with the action. Just wow!

Anne Wilson - REBEL (Official Performance Lyric Video)

LOVE THIS NEW SONG Video Premiers 10-3-23
Who talks to a man that they can’t see? Who finds power in an old book they read? In a world full of doubt, who still believes? Who talks to a man that they can’t see? Call me crazy, call me a fool I ain’t scared cuz I know the truth Ain’t gonna run, ain’t gonna hide Ain’t gonna change my mind When the crowd goes one way, I go the other When the battle rages I won’t back down The gates of hell are gonna shake and tremble In the name of Jesus gonna stand my ground If a rebel’s what it takes A rebel’s what I’ll be Cause the one I follow Was a rebel like me Got a long line of rebels in the family tree The ones who weren’t afraid to make history David to Goliath, Daniel to the lion Moses pushing back the sea Got a long line of rebels in the family tree Who takes His own cross up a hill Who loves a sinner nobody else will Who changed the world when His blood was spilled Who takes His own cross up a hill They called Him crazy, called Him a fool But He’s the way, the life, the truth Ain’t gonna run, ain’t gonna hide Ain’t gonna change my mind #AnneWilson #Rebel #RebelLikeMe #CountryMusic #ChristianMusic Music video by Anne Wilson performing REBEL (Lyric Video). JESUS LOVES YOU!

 John 3:16 KJV

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Psalm 22 KJV
1 My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?

2 O my God, I cry in the day time, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent.

3 But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.

4 Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.

5 They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.

6 But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people.

7 All they that see me laugh me to scorn: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying,

8 He trusted on the Lord that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him.

9 But thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother's breasts.

10 I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother's belly.

11 Be not far from me; for trouble is near; for there is none to help.

12 Many bulls have compassed me: strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round.

13 They gaped upon me with their mouths, as a ravening and a roaring lion.

14 I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.

15 My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.

16 For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet.

17 I may tell all my bones: they look and stare upon me.

18 They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture.

19 But be not thou far from me, O Lord: O my strength, haste thee to help me.

20 Deliver my soul from the sword; my darling from the power of the dog.

21 Save me from the lion's mouth: for thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns.

22 I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.

23 Ye that fear the Lord, praise him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him; and fear him, all ye the seed of Israel.

24 For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; neither hath he hid his face from him; but when he cried unto him, he heard.

25 My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation: I will pay my vows before them that fear him.

26 The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the Lord that seek him: your heart shall live for ever.

27 All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the Lord: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.

28 For the kingdom is the Lord's: and he is the governor among the nations.

29 All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.

30 A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation.

31 They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done this.

Jump into this action-packed romantic adventure series featuring the tough, brave and charming Minnesota Marshall family. We first met the family as the hosts for the PEAK Montana Rescue team in Storm Front, when a tornado ravaged their small Minnesota town and trapped their youngest son, Creed and his track team in the rubble. Also in that story was older brother Jonas Marshall, a storm chaser. Readers then met brother and former smokejumper Ned, as well as the oldest brother, Fraser, a Navy SEAL, in Wait for Me, (book 6 in the Montana Rescue series.) Fraser also appeared in the recent Sunburst and Sundown (Sky King ranch series).

But now it’s time for the cousins of the Montana Marshalls, the owners of Marshall Fields Winery in Minnesota, to have their own epic story.
