My Opinion:
Hmm.....Well....This was the first book I've read from Robin.  And it just wasn't my cup of tea.  Don't get me wrong there were some scenes that I enjoyed, but the book as a whole was just ok.  I pushed myself to finish, and there were sections that I skipped through.  The mystery was kinda interesting, but part of my problem was I really couldn't connect to Landry.  Nikolai's story towards the end is what pushed me through some stuff.  I really enjoyed his road to salvation and forgiveness.  And that name?! :D  Nikolai Baptiste, LOVE IT!  But there are some descriptive words used that really don't fit Arizona.  And I got frustrated quite a few times as the plot seemed to be going in one direction, but got lost along the way.  Then towards the end it went somewhere complete opposite to where I wanted it to. :/ In the end I had thought it was going to be completely different and this wasn't a book for me.
